This is the second vintage for our Reserve Tannat from this high elevation (2,400’) single vineyard. Vibrant, inky-dark color with purple hue. The nose opens on lush, ripe black raspberry fruits and dark roast coffee notes. Earthy undertones intermingle with spices and plush cherries in the mouth. The palate is loaded with dark ripe berries, hints of warm spices and espresso. This is an elegant wine, bold, intense and dense, memorably balanced with a persistent finish. Enjoy now decanted, or age for 15 to 20 years.

Minerality in a bottle! Dainty, delicate white flowers and chamomile tea on the nose with a lemongrass, star fruit and lime middle and a touch of salinity. Yannick Rousseau is from Gascony, home of Colombard, and salutes his homeland varietal with grace and charm. Oysters, a must… Grilled fish, or simply by the pool, optional.
One of a kind! First ever dry “Rosé of Tannat” made in the US. Yannick made this dry, low alcohol Rosé the same way he learned to make delicious Rosé in the South-West of France. His Rosé shows a pristine and beautiful “salmon” color. The nose is bright, delicate and expresses notes of fresh raspberry, pink grapefruit and watermelon. The mouth feel is refreshing and mouthwatering. Medium body, balanced texture with juicy fruits that linger in the mouth for a long time. Just the perfect companion for summer and pairings like: spicy grilled shrimp, wood-oven pizza, fish tacos or cold pasta salads.
Our 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon Le Roi Soleil is a classic and distinctive representation of Mountain grown Napa Valley Cabernet and of the excellent 2012 vintage. It shows a lush mouthfeel with bold tannic structure and a great balance between richness and age ability characters. High mountain fruit brings deep and dense black fruit and foresty notes. The sweet, refined roasted French oak adds layers and complexity to the mouth feel. Very long finish and great aging potential
This wine is named after Yannick’s grandfather, Pépé, because Merlot is his favorite variety. Pépé used to make 5 to 6 barrels of Merlot every year in his garage and shared it with all the family. Pépé grapes come from the organically farmed Cavedale Vineyards located on the western slopes of Mount Veeder at 2000’ elevation in the Moon Mountain District of Sonoma.
Our Milady 2012 is a beautiful and hedonistic expression of Mount Veeder Chardonnay. It reveals a charming, and complex nose with subtle aromas of honey suckle, quince jam, hazelnut, lychee and crème brûlée. On the palate, it offers finesse and balanced acidity. The wine is textured and creamy from its aging on lees. Milady 2012 is a harmonious beauty that represents the quintessence of Mount Veeder fruit combined with Yannick's burgundian approach to Chardonnay winemaking.
